The employee was very courteous at pick-up. Signage could be much better. I tried three or four doors before gerring to the correct one. When I returned the vehicle, I parked and stood in line and learned that I was supposed to drive it to the return lane. I saw no signage which indicated this or were where return lane was located. It was close by but if one did not know to drive there, there was no signage to read. I rented a pickup truck. I was grateful to find out that it was actually there. My last U-Haul experience at a different location involved arriving for my reserved pick up to find that they didn't have a pickup at that location at all and that they only rent box trucks. Although the gas tank was marked full on the paperwork, it was not full. The tire pressure was low. Although small, there was a dent on the driver side door which had not been marked. When I try to report this via response to the U-Haul text, the system was down.

The van was dirty & bug infested. I found several black bugs in the front seat area. There was some yellow substance on right side of driver seat. There was damage all over the van, THAT WAS THERE PRIOR TO ME RENTING IT AND I HAVE TIME STAMPED PHOTOS TO PROVE THIS. The change oil light was on as soon as I started it.

unfortunately the service and the communication was extremely poor overall. Also, the staff seemed disinterested in showing me the truck and answering any of my questions. was really a very awful experience.

We had a storage unit reservation, but the guy at the counter could not find it. He said he was new. The girl who was with the guy was not very helpful to the guy when he asked for help and kept trying to walk away. Ended up having to get a different storage unit than what was reserved which costs more money. What was the point of reserving online if what I reserved could not be found? I had a reservation number and everything. Also the storage unit we did purchase cost more, but has a giant pole running through it so it's not even the size it's advertised to be. I for sure feel cheated on this and next time will choose a different location.

Check your Firewall System. Me & Others I Know whom used a Credit Card got Hacked at this location. It turned into nothing but a headache. Also need more training.. the one associate lacked basic knowledge and tried to give me a U-Haul that had no gas to go over the bridge. I'll never go back to this location.

I rented a truck 2 days at this location. I always rent from this location and have never had a problem. Last week on both occasions I got a notification from your collection department that I owed money. I give a credit card with a very high line so the problem was not on my end. The first day I received notice that I owed 20 cents. Sounds like a joke but I had come come in a clear it up before I could rent my next truck for the next day. It was not a problem since I was coming in to pick up the truck anyway but why wouldn't u Bill my credit card for the full amount? The frustrating part was the on the 2nd rental the next day, I returned the truck and they told me they would email and text me the invoice as always which they did and Bill my card. I assumed everything was fine and then I started receiving email and texts from your collection department that the bill was not paid. I spent 30 minutes resolving with on the phone. I spoke with someone named Brandon in the billing department who was as rude as can bring got transferred twice before I got it resolved by making a payment with the same card that was given the first time. I don't need this kind of aggravation, I have used uhaul for years and have been a loyal customer but I think I will use Penske now!!!

Make sure customers are aware that if they need their lock cut off that your guy will need to know 24 hours in advance before you can have it done, and that they are free to get any other licensed locksmith out to cut the lock off. If behind on rent, make sure you take the lock off when the rent is paid up, the very same day. Don't wait for the customer to have to ask you, or wait for you to do so. Have more trash cans available, for just simple bits and pieces instead of the dumpster which you'll be charged for using no matter how small or big a piece you throw away.

The wait time was long and the truck we used had an issue where it wanted to veer to one side but overall it was a very good experience. I ended up getting stuck in a snowstorm and had to keep the truck much longer than expected and the staff was understanding and accommodating.

Everyone I spoke with in person or on the phone was very friendly, professional and willing to assist me, except for one person. I was disappointed with David Chan when I returned my van rental. He was not friendly nor professional in his demeanor. It seemed that he was bothered that he had to assist a customer. I asked Mr. Chan if he would close out my account with the rental van and my UBox rental. He assured me that both transactions were completed. I contacted 800 GO UHAUL after I got home to confirm the closure of my accounts and only the van was closed out. The UBox rental was still an open account. Not good!
