The trailer was damaged and rusty. We had 6x12 #3074. The rear slide up door could barely open. I've dealt with uhaul literally over 25 times this year and this trailer has been by far the worst for the year. On top of that, the employees did not check me out as I dropped it off. They told me to use the self checkout which isn't the worst but it crashed on me a few times and I had to stay an extra 20 minutes trying to check the trailer out myself.

I got three phone calls asking me to return the truck I rented four hours after I had already returned it. I was told I would get a receipt in my email 5 minutes after I dropped off the truck, but I did not relieve it until about 12 hours later. The employees at the store were friendly, but it seemed like everything was unorganized.

Site location was easy to find. Yard person didn't know how to smile, but checked me back in quickly and efficiently.

Not the location's fault, but U Haul customer service told me this location had space when it didn't, causing me to need to go to a location further from my home.

The gentleman was very polite and helpful when we returned our vehicle and informed us that we could have returned it to a closer uhaul and did not have to drive it all the way to their location.

This location is involved with a major construction project so was not clean and inviting. I am sure it will be considerably better when construction is completed.

put more than a 1/4 tank of gas in the truck for the next customer. Also, the mileage was off by one when picking up. I let it go b/c I needed to quickly leave and it was only 1.79, but still kind of annoying

Keep vehicle maintenance up to date , i.e.-oil changes...keeps business on the up and and every involved safe.

The drop off procedure after hours was easy to navigate.

Dionna, the employee who helped me, was great and helpful. The truck was clean, but stinks of cigarette smoke which was very unpleasant. Otherwise it was a good experience.

For future customers.....as you navigate selecting your vehicle and need moving help.....DO NOT select Hightower Movers. You will have a hold on your credit card for moving help that doesnt call, answer their phones, or show up. Why have them on the list....Please remove. Reviews matter!!!!

truck had 92000 miles drive hard and loud check front end and need alignment

Fill the gas tank before customer pick up. The gas tank was near empty on my pickup and the "low fuel" light came on 5 miles into my departure. This is unacceptable. Truck was not cleaned and made a funny noise. Probably a transmission problem
TATIANA G. on
Service your vehicles. The alignment on that truck was dangerously terrible, and there wasn't any washer fluid either.

The fuel was not at the level the form said it was when I picked the truck up. There was 1/8-1/4 less in the car than the form indicated. Then, I returned the vehicle with MORE fuel in it than there was when I picked it up, and I still got charged $13.20 for fuel. What a rip.
