Joshua DReturned truck after hours, no interaction with personnel, but there is no "NA" an option above. Biggest complaint is the process of finding a drop off location. It's not clear in the app if ANY location is acceptable or if you must pre select a drop off location. On my drive to drop off at DiDonato's, I drove by a huge U-Haul lot with lots of space. I don't think I had been given that option earlier in the app. Would have been much easier.
