The app told me to go to the counter to ask for keys, and the person working was confused as to why it would send me there. She unlocked the U-Haul for me, but she seemed to think the app should have told me how to unlock it.

I have rented here many times and it's a great location.
William MNot a standard U-Haul location. I had to call the owner to get the code to unlock the truck and retrieve from inside the truck bay. Needless to say, the key was not there. A clerk from the store (it is a convenience store that side hustles U-Haul trucks) found the key in an overnight drop box. Not a professional way to run a business.
Philip DMake sure the trucks have both mirrors. The truck I originally rented was missing the right side mirror. You can’t drive a big truck like this with a mirror missing.
Danna KHi there! Yes,,we went to a different location,,to pickup the truck,,where we had a reservation,,they said people hadn't returned the trucks,,so we're outta luck! So, he referred us to this location" Aas"-- & Ricky the supervisor,,here,,helped us to get a truck,,i called him,,& he apologized for the 7th ave location not having a truvk,& was very helpful, in saving our asses,,as it were! The movers were waiting at the house,,for half hour,,which costs us money,,so Ricky was very nice,,understood my situation,,& got me a truck in 15 min! Thank u Ricky for saving the day!
