Lisa RThe proprietor of the market was so nice and helpful! I would use this location again. Also the drop off was pretty easy too. I would like to suggest that U-Haul have more clear drop off instructions prior to actually going through the actual process in real time. Knowing about adding the pix prior to us just taking pics on our own would have been helpful but not a huge deal.
Jennifer LThe app told me to go to the counter to ask for keys, and the person working was confused as to why it would send me there. She unlocked the U-Haul for me, but she seemed to think the app should have told me how to unlock it.
