I've been renting from this location for over 2 years. The location is awesome and always has been. I can't say enough nice things about the location and the people who work there. However, Uhaul is becoming extremely disappointing. Insurance price has gone up. Mileage rate has gone up exponentially. 100 free miles with a week rental are a thing of the past.

TRACEY EI originally called the location at Dunlap and I 17. I spoke to Bruce and he was so helpful. My husband made the wrong reservation and Bruce helped me correct it. He was unable to provide a truck at the correct time we should’ve booked a reservation for so he helped me find one at the next closest location. I will go back to Dunlap and I 17 because of his customer service. But the service at Ace Hardware was also great. They were efficient and very helpful.
