More helpful staff. They don’t check the vehicle either. I left a bike rack and dolly and the rented the truck out. Plus the lock was very difficult to open to the point to where I thought it was the wrong key and drove 8 miles out of my way to go back because I couldn’t get it open and didn’t get credit for that

All went well. However the only problem was the key lock it was hard to open and close
kristine cI am a regular uhual user, I have over 30 rentals this year alone not including the future rentals coming up, 9 times out of ten I rent their trailers so I know what to expect at this point, however at this location there was only 1 staff member present & not only was he unable to attach my trailer to my hitch without assistance but he didn’t even attach the chains or wiring & had me do it myself. This is not the normal procedure at ANY other location. I am not trained to know the correct way to connect the chains & I’m paying for a service at the end of the day so I should not be responsible for doing this myself, especially when uhual doesn’t even offer their “mobile pick up” option for trailers.
JOHNATHAN ROver the phone representative told me my total was $40 with no deposit. Yet this location took $120. 60 cash deposit and $60 in card.
