This uhaul location was under staffed and only 1 person available to help gas customers, store customers and UHaul customers. The person who was there to help me, asked me to hook up the trailer myself. I told him that that was his job. I took the trailer to Bell & 19th Avenue to have it checked out to make sure it was properly hooked up. The chains weren’t crossed over but other things were done right. I have a 5th wheel but the hook-up was very different. I didn’t feel safe with this location. Nice guy, but stretched too thin.
