Hire employees that are a little more enthusiastic and courteous. Had to jump through hoops trying to get a condition report. First unit had a missing mirror.

I was scheduled to pick up the rental @ 4pm. The person handling the rentals arrived one hour later. She did not help hook up the trailer. The trailer didn't have the connecting wire extension to connect to my vehicle, to which she said, "We don't have one. Do you want to take it like that?" So unprofessional. So ignorant, and so careless. I will never come back to this location.
