I think a review of the business practice. The lady at the front was only able to help check people in and take pictures. I had to wait half an hour for a manager to come and for that same lady that’s supposed to check people in, took my keys. They wanted me to drop off the truck at my due-date time, when I would have been charged for an extra day. Please speak to the management of this arco. I will not be renting or returning to this location ever.
