The truck had no gas and the staff wasn't knowledgeable on uhaul renting.

Howard TI think my rating was based on the on line service. I thought since I ordered it on line that the process would have been faster. They still had to manually enter stuff and that slowed the process down. Maybe my expectations was not accurate on the speed of this transaction. The return was fast and easy.
