I think my rating was based on the on line service. I thought since I ordered it on line that the process would have been faster. They still had to manually enter stuff and that slowed the process down. Maybe my expectations was not accurate on the speed of this transaction. The return was fast and easy.

Haila CThe approval time to review the documents.It could be more time effective. I did love the overall efficient mobile service it made it so convenient and no surprise extra charges when i returned the truck. Just filled the truck with the gas that i used and returned the keys And i was done
Priscilla MOn equipment one trailer light was not working so after hooking it up i tested all lights thats how I was able to know if brake lights were working. Then unhooked the trailer and used a other one but before I hooked it on i double checked the lights. So prior maintenance would of prevented me to work twice especially i was on a time frame. Still placed a yes only because I notify the clerk at the store and she was unaware of the situation.
