Drop off was a joke first of all it was at a 76 gas station the guy (cashier) says just put your name the date and time your dropping it off my husband says arnt you going to check it he said where did you park it we told him my husband says is that it? The cashier got real smart with him he was extremely rude very unprofessional I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy U haul needs to teach him how to be professional he certainly was NOT! We actually wanted him to see we filled up with has more than what we were required and we left it clean with the furniture Dolly he didn’t check the mileage gas nothing at all but then the next day I get charged for 33.67 says that I went over the allowed mileage and he put it under u haul car rental ( that’s what my bank statement shows) we are not familiar with this area and gps took us around different areas til we called someone then we found it but we sure didn’t drive 30 miles the cashier said it’s a dollar a mile as I called to inquire about the 33.67 charge he said he checked the mileage and and we went over the allowed mileage I was so upset I called customer service and did a chat with Katherine I have a copy of that conversation then I called and got ahold off I believe her name is Ellen she was very understanding and helpful and told me the field mgr would call me I never got a call so I will definitely call on Monday and see how this is being handled!

THIS LOCATION WAS NOT MY ORIGINAL CHOICE! I specifically requested the Phoenix Sunnyslope Uhaul for drop off when I rented this truck because it is an staffed Uhaul location. After a 1400 mile/ 3 day trip from Keizer. Oregon, Uhaul called, while enroute to return the truck, asking me to drop off the vehicle at this location. Its a gas station/convience store with one employee. After being told I will receve the final email shortly by the only employee, I ended up having to call Uhaul customer support 8 hours later to ask why I had not received the final invoice. I paid $1k for a rental for the truckl, I never should have to be asked to change my drop off location after driving for 1400 miles/3 days. This is Complete bullshit from UHAUL. Unfortunately this location gets my wrath hence the one star.
TODD MCustomer service attendent locked the doors and disappeared as i was returning the keys. I dropped them in the lockbox .

NOAH GIt is a gas station. Almost stepped in dog poop getting into the van. Another van was parked behind my rental and the person told me to move it. She did not care about any service. She advised the dolly I wanted was not there, I had to go to another location to pick it up - very inconvenient. So I had to take another 20+ minutes out of my way to get a truck. Then I was advised I only get 50 miles - I was moving to a place 25 miles away - so I get charged for the overage! I can’t believe I only get 50 miles.
