Had a lot of issues with the return. Had dropped it off and was still charged trying to talk to this location was a joke.

I ordered a dolly and furniture mats that were not in the truck and I was still charged for them

ANDREW SStop letting people making a reservation with trucks that aren’t available. I had this booked at a different location and when I went to go pick up the truck they didn’t have it. I had to go through customer service for something I could’ve done myself (the people who helped were great) and wasted almost 30 minutes trying to get to a location that had the truck available. I almost missed my pickup time for the furniture I purchased due to this and this isn’t the first time I’ve had an issue getting a truck which I made the reservation days prior! I also had to go into the location and ask the worker to help because the app wouldn’t let me check in AGAIN. Super frustrating experience and I can’t recommend getting a uhaul to anyone.
Kylee WI don’t have an issue with the place. I’ve used it the past 3 weekends. What I do have an issue with is people that work for uhaul continuously kept telling me the wrong information. Not the person at the location, but over the phone.
