It’s was my first time using them so I rent the van at this location. I was charged estimated fee then at my final drop off of the vehicle I was charged estimated fee included extra mileage. What kind of nonsense is this? Shouldn’t the estimated fee be subtracted from the final fee?
RAYON BChose this location as it reportedly had a store front operation as I have had difficulty with the mobile app in the past. Store was to open at 8am. I arrived to not only find the store closed, but 'out of business''!!! Had to rely on the app which again proved problematic, and once the truck was opened, there was no ignition key available. Three phone calls to U-haul later and more of the app, I was provided with an alternate truck. Whole process took over 2 1/2 hours.

DWAYNE ACheck engine light on but truck was working fine. Only a short distance is what I needed … perfect size!
