The attendee was somewhat rude, and truck parked in very narrow spot, where it was hard to pull it out. Location rep pulled it out for us. It was our 2nd time at same location, first time was a good experience, 2nd time not. There were xple truks in same size parked and available but rep presented us with one which was as per him rented to someone else and pressured us to tell for how many hours we will use. I am not professional mover to tell how long, I was using it for my personal move.

Would be good if the staff handling the handover briefs the customer of what needs to be done - before driving off from the location (i.e. read the text message before departing store location to take pictures etc.) and also where to park the vehicle when one returns the vehicle. This is not a complaint but more for awareness to the customer. I saw the text message when I returned the vehicle and then it was too late to take pictures before leaving!! Also upon returning the vehicle, I was asked to move the vehicle to the back of the plaza. No big deal but would be good measures to take at this particular location. Thanks a lot.
