I paid for a dolly didn’t get one and my truck did not have a ramp on it we had to jump in and out of the truck my daughter fell because it was raining and slippery, using the app to pick up the truck was a mess I had to start over three times before it went through lock box would open very bad experience didn’t have this problem the last time I moved and used you guys will not again.

AC didn’t work in the truck. The passenger door didn’t open all the way due to previous damage on the fender. The parking lot was so small, there was nowhere to park to return the truck. I had to ask another customer to move their vehicle to make room.
