10 foot truck had no safety mirror on passenger side and I had to be out in 21 degree in the dark to try to return it . But got nothing but run around. This location and uhaul customer service was a nightmare. They sent me to a location to swap out trucks and when I got there they say.... Sorry was made a mistake, they don't have a replacement. I was so frustrated and exhausted I just returned the truck because it was not safe to drive. Ended getting another truck from another location the next morning. App always crashes. Took 40 min to complete the 24/share and restarted twice. Browser is the way to go. We been renting from U-Haul for years but this experience is the worse ever. -3stars.

I was charged for insurance coverage after I had declined coverage online in my reservation. As I tried to return the rental, the uhaul app continuously crashed and was unuseable.
JAMES SInspect the vehicles when someone has a reservation. There shouldn’t be any warning signs on the dashboard when picking up a rental (if the tire pressure is low, add air to the tires. If it needs an oil change, take care of that before the customer’s reservation. Check the inside of the cab for trash left behind by the previous customer). Also, make sure the windshield is clean inside and outside so that it’s clean for the customer who has a reservation. When you reserve a truck, there shouldn’t be any issues with it and everything should be clean.
JUSTIN WI have returned the item the same night and they tried to charge me for two days. I do not trust this location never coming back to that one.
CHAIM MThe truck's driver side visor was broken. The passenger sie visor was missing. The glove compartment door mbroken off laying on the floorboard. The vehicle was high mileage with low technology. The windows and floormats were dirty. I am 6-03 and not being able to put the seat back due to the design of the truck was uncomfortable. The gentlemen who leased the vehicle to me was polite, respectful and very helpful. Lets step up the game by tweeking the quality of the vehicle!
