1) Truck pickup took nearly 2 hours standing in below freezing weather (scheduled truck had 3 inch diameter gash in sidewall of front tire that I discovered before leaving U-Haul site, after lengthy check-in). 2) app ordered cart was not available at pickup (was needed for move). 3) movers (2 people/6 hours) were not available at 9am as ordered in the UH app (they ultimately arrived after 2pm unprepared for work). 4) Replacement truck was checked-out with check engine light on (indicating poor equipment maintenance) ... if U-Haul intended to lose a customer, they succeeded.

Clean and service the truck

KENNETH W10 foot truck had no safety mirror on passenger side and I had to be out in 21 degree in the dark to try to return it . But got nothing but run around. This location and uhaul customer service was a nightmare. They sent me to a location to swap out trucks and when I got there they say.... Sorry was made a mistake, they don't have a replacement. I was so frustrated and exhausted I just returned the truck because it was not safe to drive. Ended getting another truck from another location the next morning. App always crashes. Took 40 min to complete the 24/share and restarted twice. Browser is the way to go. We been renting from U-Haul for years but this experience is the worse ever. -3stars.
SERINA MI was charged for insurance coverage after I had declined coverage online in my reservation. As I tried to return the rental, the uhaul app continuously crashed and was unuseable.
