Tail light did not work, unable to drive at night. required Roadside assistance before they would change anything. That step took 2 hours when we were on a tight schedule to begin with.

Just turned in Keys Gas station area Open & Neat
Julie MMy experience was horrible. The store attendant was very nasty. When I got there, I told him I had a pickup. He said he didn't know anything about it. I asked him to look in the system since I had already completed my part online. He ignored me and began to laugh. I asked him again to check the system so I could pay and leave. He just sat there staring at me. The man standing next to me waiting to buy gas then yelled at him. He asked the attendant why he was being so disrespectful to a customer. The attendant then threw the key at me and laughed. He refused to check the system for me to get my receipt and make payment. This used to be my usual spot because I rent a U-Haul almost every month for my events. I left thinking I would come back to report him to the owner. I don't think I ever want to go back to that location again. It is so sad.
MERCY ITruck needs a lot of service. Tire pressure sensor bad or tire is bad. Trailer button is gamed in tow mode. Driver seat buckle sensor is broken. Sun visors were broken and on floor.
