It took over 40 minutes to check out the vehicle due to the slow computer system. I can’t even blame the location, because trying to check in on my own using U-Haul‘s website was painfully slow. The car reeked of cigarette smoke. Furthermore, the tires on the vehicle were significantly below. The recommended psi. The right rear tire was at 51 psi when it’s recommended to be at 75. This required me to find a service station to add air into the tires. This wasted additional time and money.

Everything was fine until I returned the truck, I replaced the gas and was still charged $30.00 refueling fee plus $13.00 in gas. I had just put $12.00 in gas in the truck before returning it. There is no way $1.00 difference should have cost me $43.00
