The service was excellent Belinda & Steve were very helpful I would recommend this location. to any one in the area that needs a u haul truck trailor or boxes. They have a feed store with just about everything you need for what ever kind of animal or pet you have and the prices are really good!

Steve & Belinda, They are great Business people and very nice. They will help you with your needs. 2015 2 years ago they help my husband and I with U-Haul trucks for a week coming in from Oregon to Pioneer Ca. In Oct. 2017 last minutes we had to get close in trailer to go to Gilroy. I would definitely recommend them to anyone that ask me. Thank you Steve mary

Will rent from them again if need be, friendly, cordial, and easy to deal with. Thank you

The corporate office was rude, young man named Erik that I had the misfortune of having to deal with when calling the 800 number was the rudest most unprofessional person I have ever encountered. Our reservation was switched three times to different pick up locations without consulting us. We ended up having to pick up our truck at a location that was over an hour away from where we were supposed to get it, which ran us over our miles and cost us money. I will never due business with uhaul again. I will be rating poorly on Yelp, and Google and will be writing to corporate and whomever I can as well . Once we finally got to the location to pick up the truck the whole computer system was down so couldn't get the truck so had o wait another hour. This pushed our move back another day and cost me ultimately more money.

I had to drive out of my way because my reservation got taken but not fulfilled. So had to go 35 miles one way to get it. Then got charged double to drop at more convenient location. So returned to pick up location between mileage and fuel got charged way too much. I'm a loyal customer buy now I'm questioning my loyalty.

Over-worked, busy and just wanted us gone. Attitude adjustment. My biggest problem is with you UHAUL! Traffic Dept. & Website not helpful. Multiple emails were just more misleading info. Changes caused by you and customers were not positively dealt with. Twice calls to you UHAUL central were confusing, misleading and frustrating. Customer service ....... sucked!

The people at the uhaul in pine grove were fast and friendly, the truck was clean and full of gas. When I told the guy at the counter that I was moving with no help, he got me some help moving. The help was there in 5 minutes. Thank you for the truck and the help!!

The website allowed me to book a truck on a Saturday for a location that is not open on Saturdays. Thankfully a man a different location (205 Scottsville Dr, Jackson Ca) was super awesome and helped me locate another truck. But it was further away. So I had to pay more mileage fees. The location I picked it up at had printer issues ( that's life right?) but after an hour of trying to Locate a truck I supposedly had rented, driving further for the location, and then waiting for the contract to print...which it never did (only emailed to me) I missed the fact that they charged me the 14$ insurance which I specifically denied when placing my order online. Then to sum it all the man had the nerve to charge me 8 dollars for gas that wasn't low. Bottom line- if I had another option in my area for moving trucks, I'd use it. But by the end of the whole experience it wasn't worth calling to fight for the extra $30 the whole experience cost me.

First I had to pick up the truck that I reserved 2 hours from my location, wasting gas and miles on my own car and was notified the day of picking up the truck that I would have to go far instead of 30 minutes away, then when I get there the haul person could not work the computer and kept swiping my credit card alerting fraud to the credit card company, then when he was having trouble with the computer he said there was an "E Alert" and that I "must owe UHaul money". I called the Uhaul number while I was there and the person on the phone said that I was already dispatched with the truck so they did not know why he kept swiping my card and creating more contracts. This was the worst experience ever, causing me gas money, miles and unnecessary emotional distress.

Make sure the person that picks up the trailer is the customer that makes the reservation. Pick-up location did not confirm reservation details and gave the trailer I rented to another person. U-haul could not replace the trailer same day, so I wasted a 350-400 mile round trip. The people at the store were very nice and apologetic, but it doesn't help the feeling of a wasted trip with no second options on a holiday weekend. After making the reservation more than 4 days in advance to try and prevent this kind of event.

I only had the vehicle for a few hours. Not long enough to comment on. It served it's purpose

You have a smooth system that is working well for those of us who can't afford moving companies.

This place looked like an antique shop, not a rental place. Steve wouldn't even disconnect the trailer for us, my handicapped husband had to do it, with my help. Very rude and not friendly. Not a place I would give my business!

They charged a $25 cleaning fee I thought was unwarranted. I cleaned the truck cab and swept out the box

Had an overall "meh" attitude. Wasn't the best. Definitely wasn't worth $100.

equipment (trailer) was a problem-bearings on driver side wheel were smoking, resulting in having to get a different trailer. We lost 9 hours traveling time and I would like to request a credit. I was disappointed the trailer was not checked before rental. I would think that wheel bearings, among other maintenance would be assuredly checked after each return.

Steve was helpful and friendly. He quoted the correct prices and assisted with the trailer. He gave clear instructions and expectations. He was flexible with dates and times. The overall experience was very easy and worked well with my house move. C. Perrin.
