Please note that this was not the ORIGINAL drop off location - the one your App picked for me is a grass lot, with a sign and drop-off/pick-up box. No signage other than your little 3 vehicle placard. No building. No people. I called customer service and had them change it to Mythic - they are great.

The back was a mess when I picked it up. It had not been cleaned out at all.
