The truck ran well, but the cargo area leaked badly. There was water in it when we picked it up. Then it rained when we had our items in the cargo area and they got wet.

This location is typically a drop off location so they don't have a lot of equipment, but the manager is nice & helpful.
BILLY AI had one problem, when I arrived at my destination in Birmingham, Alabama to pack the u-haul the ramp was not on the truck. I called the 800 number and I was told that they would send me one, however, no one came. However, Mythic location was very helpful and an inviting location. I totally recommend this location.
