It was a very pleasant experience. I would recommend them driving the truck near the exit instead of me walking the lot and making sure I get the correct truck.

MICHAEL VThis was by far far the worst retail experience that I have had. The retailer made a mistake, tried to get me to pay for it and followed me and my son out of the store threatening us. This was a horrible experience and I have a complaint filed to UHaul.
