MORGAN SI would only recommend this provider but not anywhere else. The place in Pine Grove, Ca was where we booked the truck. We went there at the appointed time and was told we had to drive an hour one way to pick it up. He didn't tell us we had to drive another hour to drop it off. That's 3 hours and extra miles on the truck. The drop off was closed when we arrived. I called them 4 weeks later and asked when he was going to mail the the deposit. He stated that he didn't write checks nor did he mail cash. I had to drive an hour one way to pick it up. This is the last time we will EVER use U-Haul.
JASON ROnline ordering is a joke an inconvenient when you can't even get proper reception to upload items at your facility. In the end the worker did it for us, even after stating some people have issues on this part here, Why couldn't she just do it from the beginning in the 1st place?
