The floor boards and the ramp looked like the last person to use it parked it in a mud field and did not clean it up. There was mud caked on the ramp and the floor boards. Plus the fuel was at a quarter tank to begin with. I don't mind getting charged for not returning with full fuel or a clean rig, but then those funds should go to fixing that situation so the next person coming in does not have to do that, rather than just collecting the funds.
