The customer rep ever left the cash register…he talked to me through a 1.5 inch plate window because he’s running a gas station! Never came out to help hook up the trailer, never left the store! Now, I’m no stranger to trailers….so I hooked up, then went 1 mile west to another U Haul dealer and asked them to check that all was good. I had them as a preference as to where I wanted to get the trailer from but it got sent to”the gas station “….. hence why I am leaving this review, the trailer itself was awesome. I’ve rented one before and will again if I need one, I’m just glad I didn’t see a truck…with that rep…and someone not knowing how or what about a rental truck… recipe for trouble.
