I had to return the truck back to the rental place because it has excessive play/shake in the steering wheel. I wasn't able to drive more than 40 miles/ hr.

Not who I booked with originally and U-Haul is not transparent on charging to for the miles on top of the daily rate. When you need something in a pinch it’s misleading to see just a daily rate and then a hefty bill.
