Sarah SThe user experience with using the combination of web and Uhaul app to check out and check the truck back in is horrible. Very clumsy. Half an hour to pick up the truck. Half an hour to return it using the app. Had to repeat information I had entered previously. Truck was okay and clean but nothing special.
