The rental process was my issue. It was very cumbersome. I did not like that I would not be contacted until the day before my pickup to confirm my reservation Ended up having to pick up at an alternate location. Also we couldn’t confirm my pick up location until I picked the truck up. Also did not receive good after hour stop off Info and had to call to understand what the procedure was. Should not be this complicated.

Fully functional equipment
Brandon BEverything was great, thank you! The only thing I can think of is the lot, because I’m not great at back up a trailer. So that’s a me thing.
robin hThe mileage and fuel in the truck were WRONG! Now the next person who checks out the truck will get the wrong mileage, as they subtracted the extra miles on the odometer ( from the beginning of the rental) from the ending of the rental. I spent over 30 minutes trying to check in the truck at the location, the GPS location was wrong. I walked all over the location trying to get the GPS location to sync with the check in program. I scanned the QR code, it did nothing but told me in order to check the truck in I had to put a app on my phone that I would only use once a year. Which I refuse to do. Phones are for texts and calls, not financial transactions.
