The U-Haul itself was old and the door handle was not maintained. The U-Haul worker had to use WD 40 and a hammer to get it to open. It was very hard to open and close. The U-Haul worker had a hard time getting it to hook up to my car and she was very strong. She herself was wonderful and very helpful. The trailer also did not have a ramp which was very inconvenient. I almost couldn’t get the door to close once it was open. I weigh 135 pounds. I hung on the strap with all of my weight before it would start to roll back down. This trailer should not be used anymore.

JERRY DWheel alignment was very bad on the truck. This should be checked and fixed if wheels are not aligned.
