The user experience with using the combination of web and Uhaul app to check out and check the truck back in is horrible. Very clumsy. Half an hour to pick up the truck. Half an hour to return it using the app. Had to repeat information I had entered previously. Truck was okay and clean but nothing special.
Wesley EWhen I was driving the headlights don’t work and even the brake lights. Could not see anything only light that work was the right passenger side . If I knew it wasn’t working I wouldn’t have rented that one would have gotten a different one. Need to fix that problem before someone has a major problem. But everything else was okay
DALIA MCheck engine light was on and a reading that said something about the Differential that bothered me. But because I was only doing town moving my son said it was ok. The plainwell establishment was very helpful and friendly.
