Only issue, which might be a company issue, is that the aluminum floor leaves lots of ‘metal dust’ on the bottom of the furniture and boxes. So that was a learning lesson when we unloaded it.

We are completely satisfied with our U Haul experience. We booked the use of a covered utility trailer 4 by 8 and it was just the perfect size for us to haul our remaining belongings from our house in SW Michigan to our permanent home in Tucson.
TERRY TDrop off location was just an empty lot and no one was there. Section was fenced off where most of the uhauls stored. The drop off was just up front and not fenced and left return paper work in the mailbox.. area was clean and organized. Great easy access location
