Have agent pay attention to what customer is saying and don't over charge the price that was quoted. I was charged $91.00 at final destination when I was told it would be $65.00 and I turned in trailer 2 days early. Bad experience from pick up till drop off.

JUSTIN WTerminate this place having the ability to rent U-Haul equipment!!! TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!! The proprietor can barely speak English and has a bad and argumentative attitude. The ten-foot truck in which I rented from this facility stunk of motor oil and grease, was not swept out, and was overall filthy. VERY UNSATISFIED RETIRED U.S. MARINE!!!!
STEVEN NThe worker there needs to learn how to back in his equipment.. I don’t know how to back up with a trailer and neither does he!! Thank God another customer came in and knew how.. every person that works there should know how to remove and back in their OWN equipment!!
