The gentleman that helped me reset my drop-off location to a further spot. When I went to return at the original location, I was told they were over capacity and had to find a new one.
MELISSA SYour system and app do not work. I had to go on a wild goose chase to find a uhaul after the truck I originally reserved was stolen. The location I picked up from was not open on Saturdays. I drove over an hour and a half to pick up the uhaul and no one was there. I had to call and call and thankfully he finally answered. I wasted an entire day having to track down a uhaul and it delayed my departure. I tried downloading the app and entering my information multiple times and it never did work. Even when I was trying to return the vehicle it never worked. I had no idea where or when I was supposed to return the vehicle. I don't feel I should have been charged for the extra day. Not a pleasant experience.
Heather HDidn’t make contact without anyone here, we dropped off key in lockbox. We had issues downloading photos as internet access was slow here.
