cliff B.DO NOT insust on using a phone based system! We are in an area where cellular service is spotty. From home I was able to send my DL info, but when I returned the truck, I was unable to use the link in the text message. I could have taken all of the pictures then transmitted the pictures via email. You need an option to send photos by email, and the ability to use existing photos for the license verification.

CHarles C.The mobile drop off kind of worked, but when I got to the last step the app seemed to hang. I saw the key drop and just put the key in and left after about 10 minutes of the app being frozen. About five minutes later my drive away it finally completed and asked for a picture of where the equipment was parked . I was already gone but hopefully the location could figure it out. In general, however, this mobile pick up and drop off process is quite innovative, you might need to consider locations where cell coverage is questionable though and include a workaround

Currently disputing the charges, as I only used the truck for 10ths (originally booked for 24 hrs) and returned to original location in a similar clean fashion as I found it.

Managed to finally get it off my truck and ended up renting a trailer with a standard lockable hitch and a jack. Will recommend this location for a truck. Won't recommend UHaul trailers at all.

Quintin C.The dealer was not open @5 as expected. I had an awful time using the mobile app because the internet was sketchy. It took over 1 hour to get the key out of the lockbox. Then discovered that I didn't receive the furniture pads and dolly I paid for. This process was extremely frustrating.

Sheltra B.I scheduled a pick-up for 7 AM and the keys were not located in the truck when I arrived. I waited over an hour for someone to come and get me the keys. I also was told that I would get a discount when I called U-haul to contact someone to get me the keys for the rental and no discount was given. Next time I will look for other options other than U-haul when needing to rent a truck or trailer.

Doris N.I originally ordered my truck from a location 2 miles away. Customer service changed it to a location 15 miles away because first location did not have blankets or dollies. The 2nd location didn't either and dropped off 1/2 the blankets to my shop several hours later but no dollies. I was already late to leave at this point. Customer services suggested I drive 30 minutes one way (after 5pm) to find blankets and dollies. I made 9 calls to customer service over the next couple of days and was never satisfied with an answer. Once they got a credit card from me, I was dropped in the grease. They had no problem asking me to drive around to find blankets and dollies but wanted to charge me over $200 to drop off the truck 40 miles from my planned drop off. I'm going back to Penske

When I reserved the unit, I assumed since it was available where I specified, it would be there. Very disappointed that I had to waste another hour of my day to find this location to get the unit.
David K.Had my location changed to this one the day before my pickup. They did not have any of the equipment that I ordered. Had to drive to a different location 30 minutes away to pick up equipment, and they still didn't have everything I ordered. Really disappointed with UHaul.
Brian N.Phone number after getting lost was voice mail with a mailbox full so would not answer as I sat in the parking lot. Door locked and room dark at 1145. Had central reservation at Uhaul not had a cell phone number to get the agent to come meet me, It was the second location bust. "Cinda" the area agent was a life saver and led me to get the truck turned in after more than 2 hours of driving around. I was to the point of leaving the truck and keys at an empty lot with Uhaul signs everywhere. This was 2nd of 4 trucks to be going to this new home, so the agent left me his cell phone.

My reservation was for 9 AM, but the owner of the facility decided to take the Friday off I guess. He showed up at 10:30. Will pay movers next time, done with uhaul.
