Mario HFriendly and prompt customer service pick up and drop off was very smooth
cliff bDO NOT insust on using a phone based system! We are in an area where cellular service is spotty. From home I was able to send my DL info, but when I returned the truck, I was unable to use the link in the text message. I could have taken all of the pictures then transmitted the pictures via email. You need an option to send photos by email, and the ability to use existing photos for the license verification.
