Returning the rental before the store opened was difficult. I do not have the ability to down the uhaul app on my cell phone. I simply dont know how to do this and I have never done this in the past. For some this might make things easer, for me it was a pain the ass. I ended up calling the uhaul number and the person on that line told me to use the app. I told that person I dont know how which is why I call the uhaul number. The person didnt know what to do so she noted on the account i dropped off the equipment. In the past I would drop off the equipment take a photo of the equipment and that was it.
