Customer service was amazing

KATHLEEN SThe representative on duty at check-out said the gas tank was full. I foolishly did not confirm that. I filled the tank upon return of the vehicle. I added 4.61 gallons of fuel to fill the tank. I drove the vehicle twelve miles. That is a fuel economy factor of 2.60 miles per gallon. I mentioned that statistic to the representative on duty upon the vehicle's return who stated - 'well, it is a truck'. I cannot imagine any vehicle on the road today with an average fuel economy that poor. Clearly, I paid to fill the tank for a previous customer.
