The online booking system is not good. I reserved my equipment at this location and then it was changed to another location with out any notification or coordination. this caused delay and confusion. plus, it's unacceptable - I booked at a certain location and then was expected to drive an additional 45 minutes round trip to pick-up a trailer that they had plenty of at this location. if it's advertised that you can reserve pick-up and drop-off locations, then don't change them on people! My drop off location was also changed 3 times and required multiple phone calls to get it fixed. it's a shady business practice to change locations on people, especially during their move: I had to call multiple times / people to get it fixed to the closest drop off location.
