We ordered a uhaul for pick up in Stroudsburg. There were none available so I chose Havertown. Day before pick up I got a call from Nicole saying they have the truck and trailer at Stroudsburg now. My son in law went to stroudsburg to find it closed and unable to use ap and when called 800 number was sent to Pocono Lake, who did have a truck and trailer. Meantime, we're now 3 hours behind on our move. When we made the reservation initially I put in my card number and was told there would no charge. Before finalizing, my daughter, Briana put in her card number to be charged. By the end of all this lost time and headache, you charge my card and not hers and we promised something back for our inconveniences. Can you please credit my card and charge her card.

If I didn't need it I would've never drive it. It angeles like smoke so badly. Vehicle ran rough and was filthy. There was popcorn and sunflower seeds ask over it.
