The truck was great. The online pick up/return experience was awful. I had chosen in store pick up in store vs online. When we got to the location, it was closed. I called and customer service switched me to online pick up. The process of taking pictures was fine upon pick up but when dropping back off, it took over a half an hour just to get the pics to go through. If a pick up location is closed on the day of pick up, your app should advise there is no option between pick up in store vs online. All together I spent over thirty minutes getting the pick up in order and about the same to drop off.
