When we arrived at the location, parking was next to impossible because the area was extremely congested. I understand this is also an auto repair shop; however, it would make things easier if there were some order amidst the chaotic parking lot. We were inconvenienced and lost some valuable time since another U-Haul location fumbled our previous reservation that day. When we arrived for our replacement reservation and no one was available, it made the situation a bit more frustrating. We had to wait for someone else to assist us, which depleted the extra time we were trying to leverage. We had to wait for someone to get the truck for us because we couldn't get it ourselves. Despite the issues, things worked out in the end.

They didn't have the truck I had reserved. Although they did get me another truck, they "lost" that truck after I returned it and "asked" me several times if I was sure I returned it. hey finally stopped accusing me after checking their surveillance video and seeing that I did in fact return the truck when I said I did. Also, the financial transactions were completely convoluted - charged, then credited, then charged, then credited a small portion. The entire affair was much more trouble than it was worth.
Patricia BI booked for one location but always assigned to a different one and given a contact number that was out of service. I declined insurance and it was added. Need to get everyone on the same page as this caused a lot of confusion.
