Is it if it wasn’t for the photos that I took when I first picked up the truck and Hamilton with the gas at 218 miles to go on tank and then at the drop off location the photo was taken there 219 miles to go on the dashboard. I would have no recourse because I had to drop off location, they did not give me any paperwork. He said you have to call U-Haul for a receipt.
MICHAEL FI would like to submit a complaint about my recent rental experience. The location was in very poor condition. The service was bad, the facility was very dirty, and the vehicle was also dirty at pickup. I requested a vehicle with a dolly and two dozen furniture pads. None of these items were provided, but I was still charged for them. I did not rent from the Tobyhanna location (1010 Tiffany Ct, Tobyhanna, PA 18466) because the vehicle I needed was not available there; however, the service and condition at the location I used were very disappointing. Please review this matter and correct the charges for the items that were not provided. Thank you.

Melody HWe were scheduled for a 9am self pickup. The location was closed during normal business hours when we got there. There was no key left in the drop box. After an hour of waiting and calling customer service a gentleman showed up that knew the owner. We had to call the owner to confirm that we were picking up the truck and then the gentleman was given permission to go into the business and get us the keys. The truck was left blocked and had to be driven over a curb to get it out. I asked customer service about a uhaul guarantee and credit for the inconvenience and was not given an answer. There was no furniture dolly as requested which is understandable but a heads up would have been helpful. This location is the worst uhaul I have ever been to. It was a super frustrating experience. I worked at uhaul a few years ago and this would have been unacceptable at our location.
