The gentleman who runs this location was kind and helpful. I showed him pictures of what the truck looked like when I picked it up. Told him I only received 6 pads and that I left more gas in the truck than when I got it. He told me he couldn’t reimburse me for the pads and I said that was fine, I just didn’t want to get charged for them missing. He said he would clean the truck and charge the location the cleaning fee from where I picked it up. I used to work for a uhaul dealer, so I know what to expect and what is expected.
