I have rented uhaul's from Northcutt for several years. He has always been very professional. I like his new location. I wish Uhaul had a better after hours return because I ran into a lot of problems with their online system. I spend almost one hour calling Uhaul and using their website just to return the truck. The after hours process was not fun and frustrating. They should keep the process very simple and not rely on a system that is not working well.
