The app is terrible. We never could get photos to upload and the wait time for chat/phone help is 30+ minutes. So make sure you do in-person check out rather than mobile. Steve at Northcutt was a great help.

Jeff BSomeone from U-Haul (I’m assuming a corporate location) called me while I was talking to the local store and cancelled my order because I did not answer. This was less than 2 hours past the pick up time. I do not think that is an appropriate window.
