Appliance dolly was not in truck that I ordered. The location for pick up was good and efficient. Issue is not having ordered extra supplies included. After 4 transfers if my call I was told they had no appliance dolly available in my area.
Robert TUpdate their pick up hours. Their hours are not conducive to picking up in the am hours using mobile pick up feature.
KRISTY BClaimed I returned at 2pm. I returned it at 9am. This is a scam. I will be contacting the necessary parties to resolve this issue. I am NOT happy.
