The Van had tons of snow on it and large tree branches. I was very worried about it taking off on the freeway. There was no way to get it off. Because of the snow it was soaked inside. There was no way I could move any furniture or boxes. It dripped times of water the entire time. It would have ruined everything.

Lorna WAppliance dolly was not in truck that I ordered. The location for pick up was good and efficient. Issue is not having ordered extra supplies included. After 4 transfers if my call I was told they had no appliance dolly available in my area.
Robert TUpdate their pick up hours. Their hours are not conducive to picking up in the am hours using mobile pick up feature.
KRISTY BClaimed I returned at 2pm. I returned it at 9am. This is a scam. I will be contacting the necessary parties to resolve this issue. I am NOT happy.
