1 hr of waiting, the chat customer service its like they don't care, I have 2 hired man waiting!!! and on top of that the 6 hrs were counted with no delay in account, even though I requested to check on it

Very upset and feel scammed if I know it was per mile I would have use enterprise! Enterprise is unlimited miles. I would have never used uhaul and would have walked out if I knew it was per mile like always uhaul is always making you feel like you get the worst experience and feel like you got scammed. I cringe when I have to use uhaul but the truck works.
