The first location didn’t have the truck I reserved. The second location self check in was horrible

Gloria was very attentive, courteous, helpful and most importantly professional. I was very upset about going so far from my house to pick up the rental. Williams CNobody was there when I delivered it, even if I specified I was not going to be more than an hour.. so I put the key in the mailbox. Should install a key-pipe or spesific box for returns.
