Everything went smoothly from truck pickup to drop off. I didn't know I would need to list references to be contacted upon pickup which took some extra time. That's only because I'd never used UHaul before. The truck ran smoothly and we got the 26' so everything was able to be loaded and hauled in one trip. I will definitely be using UHaul again for any upcoming moving needs.

JAMES TThe location was fine and no problem there. The individuals at customer service were rude. The online pick up took over half an hr and was not convenient at all! Over all uhaul has definitely gone down hill and forgot about providing actual customer service
