This was the only location I could get the trailer I needed. U-Haul needs to put jacks on their trailers because as a 74 year old female I am unable to load or unload your trailers because they are so heavy. I do not blame the location as they were helpful getting the trailer off my SUV. My pickup location was the same as my drop off location which were awesome people. I will use them again.

RICHARD BYou all need to fully explain to customers what they haft to pay for. It was a misunderstanding from the time I made it to pick up the uhaul. When I called on the phone to rent the uhaul I asked first hand did they accept cash app they told me yes. I was then asked to put my card on file to place a hold. When I got to the location to get my uhaul I was told that my card information was never put in file and that since I had a prepaid card I had to pay a hundred dollar deposit to make sure that if I went over the milage it would take out $1.19 per mile I only went 7 miles over. I was not aware that I had to replace the gas from me going over due to me paying the 100$ deposit. Since when 7 miles over is 21 gallons of gas. Now that I’m calling asking questions the hundred dollar deposit they’re saying is because my card was prepaid. You all don’t haft to worry about me renting from you ever again. If I would have been told the correct information about my card during making the rental it would have never been a misunderstanding. I could have found a way to pay from a bank card .

CURTIS RMake sure the truck is not infested with cockroaches before lending it out again. I had to use a can and a half of roach spray and spend two hours cleaning the truck before I could load.
