This location is very convenient although hours are very limited. I made an appointment to come in during office hours to avoid the headache of going through an app. Unfortunately, I was still forced to go through the app, take pictures and do the documenting myself. I would think with all the jokes of everyone being a WalMart employee, because of self checkout, U-Haul would know better. U-Haul needs a BIG upgrade in customer service and quit pushing off their work and inconveniencing their customers. Maybe I'll try Hertz next time.

I did not like the online checkout …. I am 76 years old and I was having trouble with all the pictures…. Returning the vehicle was easier since I knew how to do the pictures after the checkout procedure
