The app didn’t work, online didn’t work, I waited forever for customer service. The lady who called me to confirm my truck was super rude and short. I spent an hour trying to pick up my truck then another hour trying to return the truck. Customer Service did not honor the hour delay as they stated due to the app and online not working. It was a mess. The trucks latch was so hard to close and open it was ridiculous. This was the worst ever. Will never rent again.

ROBERT RHours are 10 - 5, but when we got there at 4:00, it was closed. Had to call someone and leave trailer there without anyone checking us in. Made us uncomfortable.
