My personal information was used to rent equipment from this dealership. I called U-Haul and reported it, and they did nothing to correct the problem. They said that that Jobean Storage would contact me to follow up, and I've heard nothing from them. How is it that all of my private information: cell phone, email, address - and who knows what else was used to secure this equipment?? Incredibly disappointed with this company. Considering filing a police report.
