First had a text to return to Veterans hwy in Port Charlotte, FL. A location (Veterans hwy, Port Charlotte, FL) on Veterans hwy in Port Charlotte, FL refused to take my rental with truck and tow. They said they had no room for truck. But would take tow. A total lie. There was plenty of room on lot for the truck. We had to then wait a day to return truck and tow to Thrifty Storage in Port Charlotte, FL next day. They were useless helping our return. A terrible experience returning the truck and tow. People renting the truck and tow in Georgia were great. The return in FL SUCKED!

ZERO help returning truck and tow. One worker. It is strictly a storage place more than a U-haul place. We did all the work returning truck and tow.

Michael BI was there an hour before they opened and the girl working was on time and super friendly. I enjoyed the 4th of July decor. I would most definitely refer this store. Very pleased.
