I reserved a 20ft and the reservation went through. Once i was there found out they only had a 15ft. So I had to go with that because I needed big items needed

John gave me great service and very patient as I had to change my pick up date, once. He helped pick out the size f truck I needed and explained the price differences. It was easy to pick up the truck at the Holiday Inn and it was a safe place to leave my car. I would definitely recommend UHAUL and will be using it again in a few months.

mary mNo lock box to drop off the key. Would be really simple for instructions from UHaul to say "bring key to front desk". The UHaul automated part of the dropoff was not helpful. The hotel staff was great.
