Was able to get everything in one trip since one of the guys moved large furniture and told us how to stack it. How U-Haul Reviews Workinstructions in the app t drop the vehicle off don't match the actual procedure. wandered around the lot looking for the key drop like the app is telling me, but no key drop. had to make a phone call to figure out what to do and then wait for a call back. weird spot to drop a uhaul off, behind a holiday inn hotel and then have to take the keys to the holiday inn desk to return.
