I reserved a 20ft and the reservation went through. Once i was there found out they only had a 15ft. So I had to go with that because I needed big items needed
Jodi MJohn gave me great service and very patient as I had to change my pick up date, once. He helped pick out the size f truck I needed and explained the price differences. It was easy to pick up the truck at the Holiday Inn and it was a safe place to leave my car. I would definitely recommend UHAUL and will be using it again in a few months.
